Historical landmark in Erba. Complete pharmacy with various useful and constantly evolving services. I removed a star only because it happens, especially among new hires, that they pose as Nobel Prize winners in medicine; an extra smile and a pinch of humanity cost nothing. That said, I recommend this pharmacy and go back whenever I need it.

A total disaster!!!! I order a cream for home delivery on July 28th (in reality I had ordered it for in-store collection but only after having filled in the billing address did I finally get the email in which they write to me that the order is ready to go) . It's an urgent drug but days pass and nothing arrives. I call the pharmacy and they give me another number for online orders because they don't manage them, I call them and they tell me to write on WhatsApp, I write on WhatsApp and they reply that my order has been lost and they will send one urgently and that It should arrive within 24 hours. I wrote to them on August 1st, today is the 3rd afternoon and nothing has arrived yet. I write again on WhatsApp but today they only answer in the morning, so I call the pharmacy number but when I select to speak to an operator, 3 times, at the time of my turn the line goes dead and the other choices are not suitable for my request (there is the option to speak to the laboratory but the recorded voice says to write an email!!! So what is the point of that choice option?). The fact is that today is August 3rd (6pm, so it's already August 4th) and I still haven't received a drug that was urgent when I ordered it so it has become ultra urgent!!! I have no idea what the pharmacy is like, but the fact is that I've been waiting for a medicine for days and it hasn't arrived yet! I've already paid for it so I'm waiting for it, but fortunately there are many galenic pharmacies, certainly never from you again!!!

A true institution in Erba! pharmacy well stocked with everything and everything. They also sell medical products. They also make natural preparations for various health problems. Then there is also online shopping where you order a product and it arrives at your home with the BRT courier. If you are looking for advice on your health, they will gladly give it to you. A futuristic pharmacy that looks to the future in an innovative way. As in everything there is a negative note to "fix" some things, and some products are sold at a high price (compared to normal) should be adjusted to the right cost.
